In May, I graduated from the University of Utah with two degrees. I almost want to say that walking was the worst part. I sat through commencement exercises with no one exciting to keep me company for an hour and a half while everyone else walked. Out of probably 1,000 people, I was 12th from the end. It was no fun at all. O n a positive note, I am SO excited that I am done! Yeah, I should probably think about going to grad school, so really I'm probably not done with my educational career, but at least I have a little bit of a break. Now, I'm looking for a job. that's not fun at all. Filling out job applications is not exciting at all.
After graduation, I insisted that Sean take me on a weekend getaway. We went to Lava Hot Springs (seriously a week or two before everything opened) and we had a good time. It was nice to be able to relax for a while and not have to worry about anything.
I spent quite a bit of time right after graduation working at a greenhouse. I LOVE the greenhouse. It reminds me of my grandma, but I don't enjoy how worn out I feel after I've spent all day there. It was nice to have the hours there though, since my "real" job hasn't been giving me as many visits as I should have (mostly my fault, but I also haven't been offered many lately.) Now that I'm done with the greenhouse, I have way too much free time on my hands and I hate that too. I'm not at all productive with I have too much free time.
I am so excited that I get to go camping this year! I'm going three times! Twice with family and once with the amazing young women in my ward. On Monday, we are going to Bryce Canyon with Sean's family. I am excited. I have never been to Bryce Canyon. Hopefully I can get some good pictures! Girls Camp is less than a month away, and I think that is insane. The last weekend before Sean starts school, we are going camping with my family. In my perfect world, I will find the job of my dreams and start the same day Sean starts school. We all know that this is not a perfect world, and I'm not so sure that I will find the job of my dreams right away, and I'm also not so sure that If I do, I'll be able to start exactly when I want to. I can't really complain though, because I am so blessed!
I'm sure I missed something, but who really wants me to go on and on and on? Those are the bigger things anyways.
